All member states of CARICOM are expected to benefit from the agreement.

In a statement last week, Minister Caesar said this represents a significant boost in the ministry’s surveillance efforts.

He also stated that it is very important and critical at this point in time that we increase our vigilance at our borders, however it is an expensive procedure and the government and people of Mexico they have pledged to assist all member states of CARICOM.
